I didn't feel like leaving, had a really comfortable experience and would have extended the stay. The breakfast was fantastic and lovely with a wide range of dishes. There were coffee/tea makers, a patio, and armchairs in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The folks working here were exceptionally nice.

Wonderful and neat hotel, splendid views of the sea. Quiet and perfect location in a local area short walk to the main square, conservatory and the centre. For tea or coffee visit Alexandra Park Cafe nearby.

The window of my standard double room was facing the gardens. Harmer's Reservoir is really close to the hotel. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a great addition. The property met standards, I would happily return.

best base for exploring hastings. staff was welcoming and the room was en-suite. easy to get to, good location. i greatly enjoyed delicious breakfast selection. i booked suite for 2 nights and had a lovely stay.
